John Christopher Austin

John C. Austin is a managing partner and attorney at Roman Austin Personal Injury Lawyers, with over a decade of experience in insurance law. He has represented both insurers and claimants in personal injury cases, having previously worked at an insurance defense firm and as an in-house attorney at State Farm. John has handled thousands of personal injury lawsuits, including motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, and wrongful death, and holds the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Licensed to practice in Florida, John is a St. Petersburg native and University of Florida graduate.
