Manny Franco, a 1990 graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, was admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States Middle District Federal Court in the same year. He is a certified Circuit Civil Mediator specializing in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases in West Central Florida. Mr. Franco is an active member of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section, Florida Workers Advocates, and the Hillsborough County Bar Workers’ Compensation Section. He has also lectured on workers’ compensation mediation. Additionally, he is a member of both the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.
