Frank Fernandez has been practicing law for over 26 years in the Tampa Bay area and Hillsborough County. He earned his undergraduate degree from St. Louis University in 1992 on a full academic scholarship and received his law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 1995, joining the Florida Bar the same year. Frank specializes in Personal Injury and Criminal Defense, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts across Florida.

He has successfully litigated cases for injury victims, recovering millions in settlements, and has effectively managed criminal defense cases to prevent or reduce charges and penalties.
