Antonio Valiente

After graduating from American University’s Washington College of Law, attorney Antonio F. Valiente, Esq. began his legal journey at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, where he gained invaluable experience over more than six years. During his tenure there and as a founding partner of Valiente, Carollo & McElligott, PLLC., Mr. Valiente has served as lead counsel in over 50 felony jury trials, numerous misdemeanor trials, and juvenile adjudicatory hearings. His extensive experience includes taking over a thousand depositions and handling a wide range of cases, from minor traffic misdemeanors to serious first-degree murder charges.
