Brice Zoecklein

Brice Zoecklein focuses his legal practice on Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation, handling cases across Florida in probate administration, estate litigation, insurance claims, family law, and business law. A native of Blacksburg, Virginia, he graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech with a degree in business management and later earned his Juris Doctorate and MBA, also cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, he excelled in national and international legal competitions, winning a National Moot Court competition. After starting his career at a large insurance defense firm, he shifted his focus to plaintiff advocacy and consumer justice, finding it more rewarding than corporate defense work. Outside of his legal career, Brice enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering in the Tampa Bay community.
