Evan A. Hoffman

Evan Hoffman, founder of The Hoffman Firm, has spent his career championing the rights of individuals throughout Florida. With over 17 years of experience in complex criminal trials, Hoffman began his legal journey in 1998 as an Assistant State Prosecutor at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. In this role, he prosecuted a wide range of cases, from misdemeanors to felonies, including charges like battery, possession of a controlled substance, and DUI. Throughout his time at the State Attorney’s Office, Hoffman successfully handled over 100 jury trials and more than 120 non-jury trials.
