Ryan Stumphauzer is a seasoned attorney who represents clients in a wide range of matters, including government regulatory enforcement, white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, whistleblower claims, compliance counseling, and civil litigation. Before founding Stumphauzer & Sloman, Mr. Stumphauzer served as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of Florida for six years, where he handled over a hundred cases involving health care fraud, securities fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, identity theft, and violations of HIPAA and anti-kickback statutes. He also held the role of Deputy Chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit and was a key figure in the Medicare Fraud Strike Force, which prosecuted a significant portion of the nation’s health care fraud cases from 2007 to 2010. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Stumphauzer was a senior accountant at an international accounting firm, providing audit and advisory services to Fortune 500 companies. His combined financial expertise and extensive legal experience in health care fraud and regulatory matters make him an invaluable resource for corporations and executives in regulated industries.
