Robert S Reiff

Mr. Reiff frequently lectures on DUI defense at national and regional seminars for organizations such as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, The Florida Bar, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, among others.

He has written extensively on the topic, including the article “Auditioning For Your Freedom: Combating the Use of Field Sobriety Exercises in the DUI Prosecution,” published in NACDL’s “The Champion” magazine. Additionally, he authors the DUI Notes column for the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
