Robert G. Whittel

Robert Whittel is a seasoned trial attorney known for his strong, disciplined, and results-focused approach. Before becoming a lawyer, he was a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy. He graduated with honors from both law school and the United States Merchant Marine Academy and served on the prestigious Florida Law Review. Prior to co-founding Whittel & Melton, Robert gained extensive courtroom experience as a prosecutor and in representing large corporations in complex litigation and transactional cases. Committed to defending his clients’ rights, Robert handles all types of criminal cases and represents those injured by others’ negligence or recklessness.
