He has specialized knowledge in intellectual property litigation. Gampel’s litigation, forensic and valuation expertise has been utilized for testimony in Circuit Courts, U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Tax Court and the AAA. His expert witness testimony has been called upon for complex matters involving patent infringement, false advertising, lost profits, misappropriation of assets, shareholder disputes, breach of contract, personal injury and employment litigation. Gampel has also assisted the United States Department of Justice. Gampel has held various positions as principal or director with major accounting firms including practice director for the Florida Business Valuation and Business Damages Practice of a Big “5” accounting firm. Gampel has authored numerous articles for various publications pertaining to his field and is a frequent speaker to professional organizations such as the Florida Bar.
