Pablo S. Quesada, a founding partner of SMGQ Law, focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, securities and tax law, including both domestic and international commercial and tax planning transactions. Quesada also provides his expertise in the corporate arena to assist in the handling of complex commercial litigation matters involving corporate, stockholder or board governance issues. Quesada has achieved an AV® Preeminent™ Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized in by his peers for his ability and professionalism in various publications, including the South Florida Legal Guide’s “Top Lawyers.” Prior to forming SMGQ Law, Quesada served as regional counsel for VISA’s Latin America and Caribbean Region. Prior to VISA, Quesada was an attorney with one of the largest U.S.-based international law firms, where he was responsible for handling the major transactions, as well as the day-to-day corporate and transactional legal needs for one of the country’s largest privately owned companies.
