Mark Giallonardo is Cherry Bekaert’s Florida regional tax leader and is responsible for managing and directing the tax service line for the firm’s Florida offices. Giallonardo works closely with the firm’s Florida professionals to develop tax minimization and problem resolution strategies for the firm’s clients. With more than 25 years of experience, Giallonardo provides consultation to clients in the areas of entity structuring, accounting method changes, and planning for partnerships, S corporations and their owners. He also represents various businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service and state appellate review boards. Giallonardo is a frequent lecturer on various tax topics, and has been heavily involved with a number of internal tax training initiatives.
