Christopher Hancock

Mr. Hancock is the Managing Partner at Hancock & Associates, P.A., specializing in adoptions, surrogacy, parental rights, LGBT law, family law, divorce, same-sex marriage litigation, guardianships, estate planning, bankruptcy, and foreclosure defense. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and earned his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M College of Law in 2010. Since September 2010, he has been a member of the Florida Bar, with previous roles including a summer associate at McCreary & Hancock, P.A., and clerk for the Judge of Compensation Claims in Orlando. He also served as a Guardian Ad Litem and victims advocate for domestic violence victims at the State Attorney’s Office in the Ninth Judicial Circuit during law school.
